Tectum Unveils Latest Roadmap Update Featuring SoftNote Wallet Mobile App Launch

Tectum Unveils Ambitious Roadmap Update, Including SoftNote Wallet Mobile App Launch

Mahe, Seychelles– Tectum, the fastest layer-1 blockchain, has announced its latest roadmap update, showcasing several new product launches, with the highlight being the introduction of the SoftNote Wallet Mobile App. This comprehensive plan is divided into two phases, overseeing significant upgrades to the network and its applications in both live and testnet modes.

The first phase of the roadmap, scheduled to go live by September 1st, 2024, includes major updates. Tectum will debut its private blockchain and decentralized ledger, introducing a basic validator node consensus protocol similar to the Solana staking model. Developer-centric features will also be rolled out, such as an API that allows developers to connect their Light Node to the private blockchain and access the SoftNote Wallet using standard login methods. These features will enable developers to perform various actions like minting, burning, blacklisting, sending, and transferring ownership of custom tokens. Transactions via the Light Nodes will incur a fee of only 0.1% of the transaction value, with a maximum fee cap of $1, subject to approval from Validator Nodes and the originating Light Node.

A key highlight of this phase is the launch of the SoftNote Wallet Mobile App for Android and iOS devices. This app will showcase the latest functionalities of the wallet, including the revamped Mint House section.

In the second phase of the project, Tectum will introduce its Public Blockchain in Testnet mode. During this phase, developers will participate in a hackathon to test various features on the world’s fastest layer-1 blockchain network. Testing will include minting and managing custom tokens, as well as creating, transferring, and burning custom SoftNote Bills. To facilitate the hackathon, Tectum will provide access to the testnet blockchain’s source code, SDK, API, and the TectumCore.exe application.

Tectum is known as the world’s fastest layer-1 blockchain, capable of processing 3.5 million transactions per second. With a proof of utility consensus mechanism, it ensures seamless transaction processing through trusted nodes. Tectum’s layered transaction processing eliminates congestion and delays while maintaining transaction privacy through zero-knowledge proofs.

Key products of Tectum include the SoftNote Wallet, SoftNote Bills, and the X-Factor Authenticator, offering top-tier security through a quantum-proof three-factor authentication protocol.
